If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification checks are completed. Accounts closed due to breaches may forfeit remaining balances in accordance with applicable procedures.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support through the in-platform help centre. Closure requests are processed subject to outstanding transaction clearance.
